How to load a template in game

Open the planet in Planetary Industry view (you need a command center there).
Open Templates, then Import & Export, then Load from clipboard (or Save from clipboard to keep it in your list).
Place it, check the extractor heads over a good spot, and confirm. Templates need enough CPU and power for the command center level they were made at.

Templates are CCP's feature; we only store and pass on the text. A template made for one planet type works best on the same type.
